The Asic Group, a leader in automation and industrial robotics, has announced a change in shareholders, thus setting the course for sustainable success in the future.  
 

Burgdorf, Switzerland - The Asic Group has announced a change in its shareholders. In the future, the private equity company Paragon Partners will support the ongoing development of the Asic Group together with the existing shareholders of STS Management AG and Renaissance Investment Foundation.

There will be no transfers or changes at the operative level. For the existing owners and the management of the Asic Group, Paragon Partners is the co-owner of choice to assist with the further development of the company.
