CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ASIC ROBOTICS AG

Milo Gasser will leave Asic Robotics AG on February 29, 2024 after more than 20 years with the company. He joined the company as an assembly employee, became assembly manager after his engineering studies, then moved to the concept engineering and sales department before being appointed CEO in 2014. A few months ago he decided to take a new path and look for a professional challenge outside the company. We would like to sincerely thank him for his many years of extremely committed work in the successful management and development of the company. We wish him a lot of success, satisfaction and all the best for the future.

Beginning of January 2024, Micha Kühne joined Asic Robotics AG and became CEO in Burgdorf. After completing his studies as a mechanical engineer at ETH Zurich, he initially worked as a development and industrialization project manager in medical technology. He then moved on to Rychiger AG to work in the packaging machine industry. As Business Development Manager, he has built up the medical company division, which he then headed as Vice President. In this role, Micha Kühne was a member of the executive management and Board of Directors of several companies in the Rychiger Group for 6 years. We are very pleased to welcome him as CEO and we wish him a lot of success.

To ensure continuity and to support Micha Kühne in the next months, Milo Gasser will join the Board of Directors on March 1, 2024. We are convinced we can ensure an optimal transition and look forward to continued successful cooperation with our customers, suppliers and partners.
