NEWLY FOUNDED AMBIS SOLUTIONS AG WILL START ITS OPERATIONAL BUSINESS

On January 1, 2021, the newly founded Ambis Solutions AG will start its operational business. The previous subsidiaries, Zihlmann Profiltechnik AG, Scheidegger Feinmechanik AG and Zufag AG will merge into the new Ambis Solutions AG which is a 100% subsidiary of Asic Robotics AG.
 

We are very pleased to have laid the next foundation stone for the successful development of the Asic Group with the inauguration of the new office and production building.

With generous space and the possibility of doubling the size of the entire building, we are ready for the challenges of the future.
